Cascade Warehouse operates three facilities in Salem for rail car loading. Plywood and lumber boxcars are handled at this location. Ample inside warehouse space is available for storage material, along with current orders for timely shipment.

Johnson Street Location (Salem, OR)...

Additional high-quality inside food-grade storage space provides flexibility to handle higher valued products. 

• Enclosed truck dock loading/Inside building truck loading
• Hi door rail loading for hi cube box cars
• Ample truck dock space to drop/pickup trailers

Lumber car loading takes place here. Two separate tracks serve this loading area with space available for loading up to 15 cars daily. Lumber can be handled in a variety of ways: Standard inbound/outbound. Mixing materials from various mills and stock in storage waiting for sale.

Chehalis, WA Facility...

With 10 acres and onsite inside warehouse space for material storage or short-term staging.  Ability to handle 15 railcar daily. All materials are inventoried upon receipt and information is available for your daily or weekly monitoring. Local and national trucking available.

With 15 acres and 5,000 square feet of inside warehouse space. All materials are inventoried upon receipt and information is available for your daily or weekly monitoring. Last but not least, 12 rail spots.  Local and national trucking available.

Colton, CA Facility...

21 acres and over 100,000 square feet to handle all your distribution needs. 25 rail car spots, close proximity to UP Colton yard makes this location ideal for superior service.  Bulk tank car/truck transfer capabilities. On site silos for plastic pellets.  Local and national trucking available.
